How do I upgrade/downgrade my membership?
You can switch between standard and Open Studio Pro memberships, or change your renewal frequency between monthly and annual anytime, right from your account settings. Get there directly at this link.
Or, here's the steps through your account settings:
- Go to the header menu and click Account Settings:
- Select CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION
- Complete the checkout page and select your new plan:
- Submit by selecting SWITCH SUBSCRIPTION at the bottom of the page. Wait for a confirmation page and you're good to go!
Q: Why is the checkout page showing an odd amount for my initial payment?
A: The dates of your recurring payment are always the same regardless of any membership changes.
If you're upgrading in the middle of your term, you will be charged a prorated amount until your next billing cycle. On your next billing cycle, you’ll see the new amount. Your following payments will be the standard rate. Feel free to reach out to the team to take a second look if you have any questions about this.
Q: What's the difference between monthly and annual plans?
A: All of our membership options are available on a monthly or yearly (annual) basis. The annual option gives you 2 months for free. The membership will auto-renew at the end of the term (month or year) unless the membership is canceled. There's absolutely no commitment on our monthly plans, cancel anytime.
