How do I upgrade/downgrade my membership?

No problem. Upgrading or downgrading your membership is easy. Follow these steps

1. After logging in, click on your user icon in the upper right corner.

2. Click on "BILLING"

3. Click on "Change your community plan"

4. Select your new plan and term (if you have a coupon, once you select the plan click "have a coupon?"

*For those members that signed up prior to July, 2019 will need to contact our team to facilitate the upgrade/downgrade.
