How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime. If you need a break, contact Member Support at support@openstudiojazz.com to pause your membership.
But, if you want to fully cancel, here's how:
- Open your Settings from the top-right dropdown menu
- Select "Subscriptions" on the left side menu
- Select your active subscription by clicking "View."
- Click "Cancel."
