How do I turn on "Original Sound" in Zoom

For live sessions like Mentor Sessions or any of the Open Studio Pro live classes, you may have the opportunity to play for the group and get feedback from the instructor. In order for your performance audio to be heard, you need to enable "Original Sound" in Zoom.


For Computers

For Mobile & Tablets

  • Step 1 - Turn on "Use Original Audio" in the main Zoom settings

  • Step 2 - When in a Zoom meeting, Enable Original Audio (this option will not appear unless you do step 1). This will need enabled every meeting you join.
