Can I pause my membership?
We recognize there are times that you may want to "pause" your membership for a very specific amount of time. You can do that and here is how:
When logged in, access your account settings by clicking on the avatar image in the upper right corner of the screen, then click BILLING.
Click the button that says "CANCEL". You will continue to have access until the end of your payment term.
When you are ready to resume, simply send us an email and we can send you a link to resume your membership where you left off.
