A video keeps stalling during playback. How can I resolve this?

By default, our videos are set to automatically detect the strength of your internet speed and make adjustments to the video quality so you don't miss a beat. If you are still experiencing buffer issues (where the video stops and doesn't let you resume playing), you can manually adjust the quality of the video by hovering your cursor over the upper right corner of the video and clicking on the SLIDERS icon. Select a level to change the setting.
